MOBILE, Ala. – South Alabama Track & Field will continue postseason competition this week as 10 Jaguars travel to Lexington, Ky., for the 2026 NCAA East First Round hosted by the University of Kentucky at the UK Outdoor Track & Field Complex from May 27-30.

The Jaguars qualified athletes across multiple events on both the men's and women's sides after recording top-48 marks in the NCAA East Region throughout the outdoor season. Athletes advancing through the NCAA East First Round must finish in the top 12 of their event at their respective regional meet to advance to the final NCAA Outdoor Championships.

Coverage of the NCAA East First Round will be streamed live each day on ESPN+. Live results and the overall meet schedule will also be available throughout the competition weekend.

Updates will be posted on South Alabama Track & Field's official social media accounts throughout the meet.
