•    South Alabama enters the series after picking up a three-game sweep at James Madison last weekend, their first SBC road series sweep since the 2024 season
•    Dating back to game two of the series at James Madison (3/28), Olivia Branstetter has reached base safely in each of her last eight plate appearances – five hits, three walks – which eclipses Virginia Mambelli's streak of seven earlier this spring
•    Lillie Stagner, Virginia Mambelli, Gracie Dees and Kara Wine (.306) all lead the club in home runs (4), while Mambelli and Dees each have 22 RBI, followed by Stagner (21) and Branstetter (20)
•    Mambelli leads the club at the plate with a .365 batting average and she also has a .649 slugging percentage
•    Presley Lively (.312) leads the SBC in triples (6) and is tied for third in the nation in the category, and her 21 walks are tied for fifth most in the conference
•    Lively (25) and Branstetter (21) have scored a combined 46 runs this season
•    Of Wine's 18 RBI this spring, 10 have come in SBC play
•    For her play in the series, Ryley Harrison was named the Sun Belt Conference Pitcher of the Week and Softball America's Pitcher of the Week
•    Over her last 25.0 innings of work, Ryley Harrison has allowed just one earned run
•    Harrison (12-6, 3 SV) ranks in the Top 10 in the league in earned run average (second – 2.22), innings pitched (third – 119.2), strikeouts (third – 110), strikeouts looking (fourth – 25), wins (fourth), opposing batting average (T-seventh – .242), and is tied for the league lead in saves
•    As a staff, South Alabama leads the SBC in shutouts (9), which is tied for 15th in the nation, and is second in strikeouts (212) and strikeouts looking (57)
•    In Sun Belt play, the Jaguar pitching staff has been outstanding, posting a 1.49 ERA, while holding league opponents to a .215 batting average, both of which are the lowest in SBC play
•    South Alabama (6) is 1 save shy of matching the program's single-season mark of 7 set by the 2015 squad
