TOURNAMENT PREVIEW
• The three-day, 54-hole tournament is set to get underway on Friday morning at 7:30 a.m. (CT) with a split tee start on No. 1 and No. 10 on the par 70, 6,002-yard course.
• On Saturday, the teams will begin second round action at 7:30 a.m. (CT) with another split tee start from holes No. 1 and No. 10, and then open final round action on Sunday at 8 a.m. (CT), with a shotgun start.

THE FIELD
• Joining South Alabama and tournament host Florida in the 14-team field are Campbell, Clemson, Florida Atlantic, Florida Gulf Coast, Florida International, Georgia Southern, Miami (Fla.), Michigan, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Florida and Virginia
• The field also includes eight individual players from Florida (3), North Carolina (1), Oklahoma (1), Clemson (1), Michigan (1) and Virginia (1)
• South Alabama will be paired with Florida Atlantic and Florida International, and tee off on hole No. 10

• Behnsen leads the club in strokes per round (72.67) and birdies (53)
• Behnsen also has three Top 10 finishes this season and has recorded seven rounds of par or under, including three sub-70 rounds
• Along with Behnsen, Palmeros also holds a tournament victory this spring, taking home medalist honors at the Fifth Annual Evie Odom Invitational hosted by Old Dominion during the fall
• Aldana (71-71-71—213) posted a Top 15 finish last season at the tournament to place 12th, and recorded eight birdies to go along with her 36 pars
• Last spring, South competed at the event, firing a three-round 862 – the fourth-lowest 54-hole score in program history – to finish fifth in the 14-team field
• There are three teams ranked in the Top 25 in the field: Florida (7), North Carolina (13) and Oklahoma (25)
