TOURNAMENT PREVIEW
• The three-day, 54-hole tournament is set to get underway on Sunday morning with the field teeing off from holes No. 1 and No. 10 between 7:30 a.m.-10 a.m. (CT) on the par 72, 6,392-yard course
• On Monday, the teams will begin second round action at 7:30 a.m. (CT) with a split tee start on No. 1 and No. 10, and then a shotgun start on Tuesday at 7:45 a.m. (CT) for final-round action

THE FIELD
• Joining South Alabama and tournament host UCF in the 16-team field are Abilene Christian, Auburn, Baylor, Charlotte, East Carolina, Florida Gulf Coast, Kent State, Mississippi State, Nebraska, North Florida, Northern Illinois, Old Dominion, Penn State and South Florida
• South Alabama will be paired with Penn State and South Florida in the opening round, and tee off on hole No. 1

THE FIELD AND NOTES
• The field includes nine teams currently ranked in the Top 100: Auburn (7), UCF (12), Mississippi State (18), Baylor (21), Charlotte (63), Penn State (71), South Florida (81) and Florida Gulf Coast (86)
• South Alabama is currently ranked 82nd Clippd Rankings, which is third-highest among Sun Belt members; Texas State (56) and ULM (73)
• Abilene Christian sits just outside the Top 100 at No. 101
• Behnsen leads the club in strokes per round average (71.08) and has three Top 10 finishes this season, including a tournament victory
• Behnsen also paces the club in birdies (39) and rounds under par (5), which also includes three sub-70 rounds
• Palmeros also holds one medalist honor and has fired three rounds under par
