MOBILE, Ala. – South Alabama Soccer is set to host Mississippi State at 2 p.m. tomorrow at The Cage in Mobile, Ala.
SERIES HISTORY:
The Jags are 5-9-3 overall against the Bulldogs, their last match resulting in a 0-1 loss in Starkville, Miss., on Sept. 1, 2024.
SCOUTING THE JAGS:
South heads into the match after a 3-1 victory over Southeastern Louisiana on Sunday, Aug. 31. The Jags' three goals were recorded by
Mae Hunt,
Juliana Lopes and
Andrea Iljkic, who now leads the Jags in goals (3) and points (8).
SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS:
The Bulldogs head into the match after a 4-0 win against Louisiana Tech this past Thursday (Sept. 4). Ally Perry and Naila Schoefberger lead the team offensively, with two assists and four points each. The Bulldogs' ten goals have been spread across ten individual scorers, showing contributions from up and down the roster.
