MOBILE, Ala. – South Alabama Football received more preseason recognition Thursday as eight players landed on the 2025 Athlon Sports Preseason All-Sun Belt teams.
Three Jaguars earned spots on the All-Sun Belt First Team. Running back
Kentrel Bullock and wide receiver
Devin Voisin received First-Team Offensive honors, while linebacker
Blayne Myrick represented the Jags on the First-Team Defense.
Athlon's Second Team featured three more Jags. Offensive lineman
Jordan Davis was named to the Second-Team Offense, linebacker
Darius McKenzie earned Second-Team Defense honors, and
Aleksi Pulkkinen was selected as the Second-Team's Punter.
South Alabama rounded out the list with safety
Wesley Miller earning a spot on the Third Team, and offensive lineman
Malachi Preciado being named to the Fourth Team.
South Alabama opens its 2025 campaign at home against Morgan State on Saturday, August 30 at 6 p.m. CT at Hancock Whitney Stadium.
