MOBILE, Ala. – Phil Steele Magazine released its 2025 Preseason All-Conference Teams, and for the second year in a row eight players from South Alabama Football earned Preseason All-Sun Belt honors.
Headlining the group are linebacker Blayne Myrick and running back Kentrel Bullock, both named to the First Team after posting career-best seasons in 2024. Myrick tallied an impressive 101 tackles to earn Second-Team All-Sun Belt honors a year ago, while Bullock rushed for 894 yards, solidifying themselves as top talents in the conference.
Second-Team honors went to linebacker Darius McKenzie and punter Aleksi Pulkkinen, both of whom were key contributors to the Jaguars' success last season.
Wide receiver Devin Voisin, offensive lineman Jordan Davis, long snapper Anthony Zaccaro and safety Wesley Miller were selected to the fourth team.
South Alabama opens its 2025 campaign at home against Morgan State on Saturday, August 30 at 6 p.m. CT at Hancock Whitney Stadium.
