QUOTES

Yolisha Jackson on the win, "Whenever you get a win on the road, it's special. I thought Alicia Spann came out super focused and intentful on what she was trying to get done. For Daniela, she has been taking the right shots, hasn't made any so it was good to see the lid come off the rim for her. Definitely some things we've got to work on like not fouling as much and being able to share the ball but anytime you get a win on the road it's extra positive.

On Michiyah Simmon's play in the fourth, "She's been struggling a bit so we have had some talks and told her we needed her to get back to to being super aggressive and leading this team and making the right decisions. For her to be able to attack the rim and draw fouls like she did today really helped. I am super proud of her because if she doesn't play how she played today we do not win this game".

UP NEXT

South will have a week off before they travel to South Carolina to face College of Charleston on the 29th and Charleston Southern on Dec.1st.
