MOBILE, Ala. | South Alabama women's golf will compete in nine tournaments across five different states during the 2023-24 season in the schedule announced by first-year head coach Marcelo Huarte on Thursday. Of the nine tournaments, four will be in the Jaguars' home state.

South is scheduled to compete in four tournaments during the fall, beginning with the USA Intercollegiate presented by Hampton by Hilton at Providence Park (Sept. 2-4) on the Crossings Course at Magnolia Grove. The USA intercollegiate will mark the only home event for the Jags during the 2023-24 season.

Two weeks later, the Jags will travel across the country to the Great Northwest to compete in the Leadership and Golf Invitational hosted by Washington on Sept. 18-19 at Chambers Bay. Nearly a month later, South Alabama will head to Lakewood Ranch, Fla., to participate I the FIU Pat Bradley Invitational (Oct. 14-16) hosted by Florida International at Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club. The fourth and final tournament of the fall for the Jaguars will be at The Judson (Oct. 30-31) hosted by Sun Belt Conference foe Southern Miss at the Hattiesburg Country Club.

The spring portion of the schedule will see the Jaguars open up at the Sea Best Intercollegiate at San Jose held at the San Jose Country Club hosted by Jacksonville University on Feb. 12-13 in Jacksonville, Fla. South Alabama's next tournament will also be held in Jacksonville on March 4-5 when it competes at the Momentum Transportation UNF Collegiate held at the Jacksonville Golf & Country Club.

South remains in its home state over the next two weeks as it will compete at the Chris Banister Golf Classic (March 10-12) hosted by Jacksonville State at Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Silver Lakes in Jacksonville, Ala., and then at the UAB Beach Bash (March 17-19) hosted by UAB at the Gulf Shores Golf Club in Gulf Shores, Ala.

The Jaguars will close out the regular season at the ULM Invitational (April 1-2) held at the Bayou Desiard Country Club in Monroe, La.

The Sun Belt Conference Championship is set to be held 15-18 Lakewood Golf Club in Point Clear, Ala. NCAA Regionals will be held May 6-8 at sites to be determined later in the year, and the NCAA Championship will take place May 17-22 at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif.
