MOBILE, Ala. – The University of South Alabama men's basketball team wrapped up its regular season with a 62-52 win over UTA and clinched the No. 5 seed in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament next week in Pensacola, Fla.
South finished the season 19-10, including a 9-7 mark in Sun Belt play. The Jaguars are set to take on No. 12 seed Little Rock on Thursday at 2 p.m. (CST) at the Pensacola Bay Center. The winner will face No. 4 seed Troy at 2 p.m. (CST) on Saturday in the quarterfinals.
The championship game will take place at 7 p.m. ET/6 p.m. CT on Monday, March 7, and will be broadcast on ESPN2.
Tickets remain available through Ticketmaster, with prices ranging from $15 to $60 for adults and $5 to $30 for children 12 years and younger.
