QUOTABLE
Head Coach Richie Riley
"We didn't play well. That's my fault as the head coach. We practiced pretty well leading up to tonight, and we just laid an egg. We have great kids, and we've played pretty well on the road most of the time, and we've had a tough slate. We came in here and laid an egg. We couldn't make a shot, we got pounded on the glass and out-toughed. Ultimately, that's my fault… I give [Georgia Southern] credit. They came out at home and played with great energy, and to be honest, out-worked us. That's why they won the game."

UP NEXT
South Alabama continues their road trip on Saturday when they travel to Atlanta to take on Georgia State. The game is set to start at 1:00pm central time.
