MOBILE, Ala. | After more than a month, and seven straight road games, the South Alabama men's basketball team returns to the Mitchell Center with a matchup against the Spring Hill Badgers on Monday at 7 p.m., followed by the Jacksonville State Gamecocks, Wednesday at 1 p.m.
 
The Jaguars are coming off a 78-71 victory over Alabama A&M. The Jags shot 45% from beyond the arc against the Bulldogs, earning their second victory over an in-state opponent this season. The Jags are looking to string together their first multi-game winning streak of the season.
 
South Alabama has recently been led by Greg Parham II, who is averaging 24.5 points over the past two games and is shooting 44.9% from 3-point range this season. Isaiah Moore is third in the Sun Belt in scoring, sitting at 19.1 points per game, and Kevin Samuel is fourth in the conference in rebounds per game (9.1).

• Kevin Samuel is the Division I active career leader in rebounds with 1,139.
• He is #68 on the list of all-time career rebounding leaders. He is 32 rebounds away from matching Paul Milsap (La Tech) and Lawrence Roberts (Miss. State) to enter the top-50.
• Samuel is averaging 2.0 blocks per game, good for fourth among Sun Belt players.
• He has 322 career blocked shots, which is second-highest among active players (KC Ndefo, Seton Hall, 332).
• Greg Parham II scored a season-high 30 points against UAB. It is one of three 30-point performances in the conference this season (Carlos Curry [GS], Jordan Brown [Louisiana]).
• Isaiah Moore was named the SBC Player of the Week on Nov. 29, the first Jaguar player to win the award this season.
• Moore is tied for third in the Sun Belt in assists per game (5.1). He is also third in points per game (19.1).
• Moore led the Jaguars in scoring in seven straight games, reaching the 20-point threshold in four.
• His four 20-point outings are tied for third-most among Sun Belt players.
• In the game against New Mexico, Isaiah Moore recorded 13 assists, tied for fourth-most in program history for a single game. It was also the first time a South Alabama player has recorded 10+ assists since 11/19/18.
• Owen White and Kevin Samuel each have over 100 career starts.
• White is one of 17 Division I men's basketball players who are married.
• South was picked to finish third in the Sun Belt preseason poll. The Jags finished fifth in the conference last year with a 9-7 record. 
• The Jaguars placed two players on the Preseason All-Sun Belt teams. Kevin Samuel was named to the first-team, and Greg Parham II was voted to the second team.
