QUOTES
Head Coach Matt Luther
- On the tournament:
"It's a good comeback after a rough week the week before. We played great all week this week, and to sleep on the lead (after two rounds) and then play a good (final) round, that's all you can do; if you get beat then you get beat. ULM just had a hell of a day. We did our job, but just got caught."
- On the difference between last week and this week's tournament:
"This week was just a course we're a little more comfortable on for sure. Hattiesburg is right down the road with a similar layout, turf conditions, weather – all that kind of stuff – it was just easier on us for sure this week and we definitely took advantage."
- On Catharina Lohoff:
"She just managed everything really well for all three rounds. She struggled with her driver all day yesterday, and just battled and kept it together which is awesome to see. We straightened her driver out a little bit and she drove it better today and won the tournament."
- On Malia Uyeshiro:
"She is just super mellow and never gets too wound up or too down, and you need a player like that to win golf tournaments. You can just count on her. She hits it really solid, and stays pretty intentional about what's she's doing. She doesn't really have any holes in her game."
