MOBILE, Ala. – The University of South Alabama women's tennis head coach Jaco Keyser announced the 2022 spring schedule on Thursday, which features 23 regular season matches, including 15 home contests at the Bruce David Lubel Memorial Tennis Courts.

The Jags start off the season with eight consecutive home matches starting with New Orleans on Jan. 23. The following weekend West Alabama will travel to Mobile on Jan. 29. 

South will spend the entire month of February at home to face Xavier (La.) on Feb. 6, Southeastern Louisiana on Feb. 11, Alabama State on Feb. 13, Nicholls on Feb. 17, Samford on Feb. 20 and UAB on Feb. 26.

To start off the month of March, South Alabama will visit Florida Atlantic (March 3) and South Florida (March 5). The team will then travel to begin conference play at Louisiana (March 12) and ULM (13).

South Alabama will host three straight matches with Southern Miss on March 17, Georgia Southern on March 19 and Georgia State on March 20. The following three matches will include a road trip to Texas featuring UTA on March 26 and Texas State on March 27 and a trip to Troy on April 1. 

Four of the last five matches for the Jags will be at home featuring Arkansas State (April 3), Appalachian State (April 9) Coastal Carolina (April 10) and Tulane (April 15). On April 14 South will travel to UNO for its final road match.

The Sun Belt Tournament will be held in Peachtree City, Ga. from April 22-24.
