QUOTES
Head Coach Mark Calvi

- On Jeremy Lee:
"He pitched really well. He went seven innings and got six leadoff outs. He gave up the home run early, but did what a Friday night guy does and that is gets you deep into the ballgame into the leverage innings. I challenged him earlier in the week to get us at least seven (innings), and he answered the challenge and that is all you can ask from your players when you challenge them and they respond. I couldn't be more proud of his effort tonight, and Miles Smith was outstanding again."

- On the four-run fourth inning:
"Reid Powers had a great at-bat to lead us off, (Kaleb) DeLaTorre put down a big sacrifice bunt and then (Hunter) Stokes came up with a big two-run double. (Caleb) Balgaard and (Cameron) Tissue each had RBI singles, and sometimes it's the first (inning) and sometimes it's the fourth but we scored all the runs we needed to score in the fourth inning and pitching took us home."
