MOBILE, Ala. – The University of South Alabama women's tennis team picked up a 5-2 victory over rival Troy on Wednesday afternoon to remain undefeated in Mobile while claiming its first Sun Belt Conference win of the season.

Cami Moreno and Yurie Takanishi clinched the doubles point after earning a 6-4 decision over Anastasii Khokhlova and Anastas Khrustaleva on the first court. The Trojans made a comeback in singles after wins on courts three and four to cut South's lead to 3-2, but the Jaguars responded on courts five and six to end the day with the win.

- Kohoutova posted her fifth consecutive singles victory, with her win coming in straight sets.
- Fujioka's win came in straight sets, improving her to 5-1 at the No. 1 position.
