QUOTES
Head Coach Mark Calvi
- On the loss:
"Our guys kept fighting. The bullpen was good, but we left too many men on base, had too many popups and too many backward strikeouts. We put too many at-bats in the umpire's hands with the backward strikeouts, and we had too many lazy at-bats. Some guys had some good at-bats; Eddie Paparella took some good swings and Colton Thomas lined out twice tonight. It was good to get him back in there swinging the bat. But we need some more production out of the bottom of the order – bottom line."
