MOBILE, Ala. – The University of South Alabama women's tennis team continued their win streak with a 5-2 win against North Alabama Thursday at Bruce David Lubel Memorial Courts.
The Jaguars improve to 8-0 for the season while the Tigers fall to 2-3.
DOUBLES

Alexandria Stiteler and
Nikola Kohoutova opened doubles play dropping Nele Seitz and Sydney Flesch 6-0 on court 2.

Patricia Martins and
Diana Monsalve downed Payton Andrews and Elise Sickle 6-2 at No. 3.
SINGLES
-To start singles, Stiteler bested Andrews 6-1, 6-0 on court 1.
-At No. 6, Martins put the Jags up 3-0 by defeating Sickle 6-0, 6-0.

Yu Fujioka clinched the match for the Jaguars, dropping Nina Linke 6-4, 6-1 on court 2.

Leslie Soto fell to Flesch 6-4, 6-2 at No. 3, and
Yurie Takanishi was bested by Seitz 6-1, 6-4, (6-10) on court 4.
-Monsalve bounced back to finish the day with a 6-3, 4-6, (10-8) win over Megan Humphreys at No. 5.
NOTES
-Kohoutova and Stiteler improved to 5-1 in doubles this spring
-Martins has a team-best seven wins (7-0) this spring and Stiteler is 6-0 at No. 1
-South Alabama is a combined 19-2 in doubles this season, including 5-0 on court 1
