THEY SAID IT
Head Coach Richard Moodie
Overall thoughts
: "I thought, just like Friday night, we were the better team. I think the stats show we were the better team. We had a lot of good chances to win the game. Things are not breaking for us right now. We created a lot of good chances and played really well. It's not like we're playing bad and losing games – we're playing great and losing games. I don't know which one is harder. I thought (Texas State was) alright; they had a couple of good shots. There's the difference – just clinical. We had two one-on-ones and we've missed. That's the difference today."

On playing well but losing: "You're more frustrated if you're underperforming. We're playing well, it's just a case of needing a goal scorer. This time last year we had one, and right now it shows how much we miss a Kory Dixon. That's a big piece to it. There are opportunities for other girls to step up and it's like we're scared in front of goal. Ana had two chances – the first she didn't take well, she tried to push it back on her right and she should have hit it with her left foot. But the second one, she hit it, it's under the goalkeeper and it's on the goal line. Where are we? For me, that's a bit of desire and belief. We're struggling in that end, but everything else in front is good and we're playing really good soccer. We'll be OK."
