QUOTES
Head Coach Mark Calvi

- On the loss:
"We didn't pitch well enough today. We left some men out there (on base) early; we had a chance to score four or five more runs in the first three innings, but we didn't have very good at-bats. We didn't have a good start, and we weren't very good out of the bullpen after that. We need to be better in all phases. Their (CCU) starter wasn't very good, our starter wasn't very good, but the bottom line is their guy came out of the bullpen and did a little better job than we did and they scored some runs. We got beat in all three phases today. We need to be better to take the series tomorrow."

- On Sunday's rubber match:
"Momentum is all about the guy who steps on the mound – that's what it's all about. The pitcher sets the tone, and we need to play well behind him. Andy (Arguelles) has the ball tomorrow, and he needs to set the tone like Tyler Carr did last night. I'm looking for Andy to set the tone and be a very good version of himself. Every time he steps on the mound, if he is a good version of himself, we have a chance to win that game."
