THEY SAID IT
Head Coach Nick Brochu
On the loss to MTSU: "MTSU is a good team and they're having a good year. They are a little tougher than last year. I liked the way we fought today. Even the guys who lost, they are playing better which is promising because the conference tournament is in about three weeks. Those guys are playing better every day and that's a good thing. Great win at number one (by Loic CLoes). At number two (Clement Marzol), it looked like we were going to close it soon. Even though it is a loss, it was a great battle."
On next week's trip to Florida: "MTSU is a similar team to USF, FAU and Miami (FL) who we will see next week. It's a good test and I think this match will make us better. Some of the guys need to sit back, look at how they played, how to behave in the court and how they reacted. You can't always be cruising. Even though you're up a break, the guy might come back and get back on serve. It's how you react to tough situations."
