HARTMAN EARNS ALL-SUN BELT VOLLEYBALL HONORS

NEW ORLEANS – University of South Alabama volleyball middle blocker Kelley Hartman was named Second-Team All-Sun Belt Conference Tuesday, as announced by the league office.

Hartman finished the regular season ranked sixth in the Sun Belt in service aces per set (0.30), and ranked seventh in blocks per set (1.02) in conference matches. The Woodstock, Ga., native earned First-Team All-Sun Belt Conference honors last season, and also received American Volleyball Coaches Association All-Southeast honorable mention. She has also been named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List the past two seasons. Hartman is the first Jaguar since Mechell Daniel (2013-16) to earn All-Sun Belt honors in consecutive seasons.

Sydney Alvis of Coastal Carolina was named Sun Belt Defensive Player of the Year, and Texas State's Emily DeWalt earned Sun Belt Setter of the Year and Sun Belt Freshman of the Year.
