THEY SAID IT
Head Coach Richard Moodie
On how the team rallied: "We went down two goals, but truthfully, at that point, the game opened up. We came back and got in the driver's seat at 3-2. Our goals came in the run of play and were very well executed."
On the team's fight back: "It was phenomenal. Our team slogan for the year is 'Together.' When things are going great, anyone can stay together, but things are going rough, that's when you can really see the culture of the team. Down 2-0, come back 3-2, with five freshmen on the field, that's phenomenal. I'm really, really happy."
On Morris' goal: "Once again we had a great buildup of play through the midfield – I thought that's where the battle was won for us tonight – and we were able to slot Bree in and she scored an absolute wonder. She chipped the goalkeeper from about 20 yards out. It was an unbelievable strike."
