LAFAYETTE, La. – Due to inclement weather in the Lafayette area, schedule changes have taken place for University of South Alabama softball's Sun Belt Conference-opening series versus No. 5 Louisiana-Lafayette.
 
Instead of a doubleheader on Saturday, the clubs will take part in a single game at 6:30 p.m., and a doubleheader at 1 and 3 p.m. is scheduled for Sunday. Fans should be aware that further changes may occur.
