MOBILE, Ala. – As a result of the cancellation of the Nov. 19 University of South Alabama football game at Louisiana State, the South Alabama Athletic Ticket Office will refund all tickets and applicable handling fees that were purchased through USA via the following means beginning on Monday, Oct. 17.

1. Credit/Debit Card purchases — all purchases made via a debit/credit card will have funds reimbursed back onto the card that was used for the original transaction.

2. Cash/Check — all purchases via cash or check will require customers to come in person to the Mitchell Center Ticket Office for funds to be reimbursed (Hours: Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. CDT).
