MOBILE, Ala. – The University of South Alabama Office of Athletic Development announced Thursday a rental program for tent space in the Ladd-Peebles Stadium parking lot at Jaguar football games this fall.

“Jag City” — a corporate/group tent area — will be located on the southeast side of the stadium.  The rental package includes a 40x70-foot space, six game day parking passes and two vendor passes, with the cost $350 per game — groups can purchase a season rental package for $2,000, which provides a discount of $450.

Each space can accommodate approximately 144 seated guests based on a 30x60-foot tent and 18 round tables with eight seated per table.  Securing game tickets, catering and entertainment, the rental of the tent, tables and chairs, and the associated costs will be the responsibility of the group.

A reserved parking area — on the east side of the stadium, north of “Jag City” and the university’s alumni tent — will be available for corporate/group tent space renters, and each rental package will include six passes for entry to that section of the lot.

In order to guarantee a tent space reservation, groups must pay in full three days prior to USA’s game.  Multiple packages may be purchased for larger groups if space is available.  To secure a reservation in “Jag City” or for more information, contact the Office of Athletic Development at (251) 461-1366.

The Jaguars kick off their second season of competition on Saturday, Sept. 4, when Pikeville (Ky.) visits for a 4 p.m. matchup.  USA will play seven contests at home for the second straight year this fall.
