Georgia Southern is 0-8 against Division I schools. The Eagles’ three wins have come against Carver College, Reinhardt and Brewton-Parker.

Tim Williams broke a three-game stretch of single-digit scoring with a game-high 22 points vs. Houston Baptist. He scored 20 points in the first half for the second time this year—20 points in a half hadn’t been accomplished by a USA player since March 2008. It was his first double-digit points game since tallying 15 at UAB on Nov. 23.
Martino Brock was held to nine points vs. Houston Baptist, ending his streak of four games in double-figures, during which he averaged 17.3 points per game. He contributed in other areas, recording five steals (new career high) and five assists (tying career high). He has led the team in assists in each of the last three games and has four or more steals in a game four times. He leads the Sun Belt Conference in steals (2.4 pg) and ranks 28th in the nation.
Augustine Rubit is averaging 13.0 rebounds over his last three outings with three straight double-digit performances. He averages nearly a double-double with 9.8 points and 9.8 rebounds per contest and has five games with 10 or more boards. He ranks third in the SBC in rebounding and 36th in Division I. Rubit is the top rebounding freshman in the conference.
Allyn Cooks set a new season high with 12 points Sunday and tied his season best with five assists, two steals and four rebounds.
