Torres won both the hammer throw and the discus at Troy's Coach "O" Invitational over the weekend.  His mark of 191-1 in the hammer throw was the best in the Sun Belt this spring, and was more than three feet further than any other competitor in the event.  Torres, who also ranks first in the league in the discus, used a toss of 171-4 to claim the event title at Troy, a mark that was more than a foot ahead of the runner-up.
