Scott broke DeRico Tilley’s 18-year-old record in the men’s 100-meter dash, completing the event in just 10.32 seconds to finish first in a field of 32 competitors Saturday at the Jaguar Classic. The senior was also part of the 4x100-meter relay team which set a new all-time mark of 40.29 seconds — eclipsing the previous best time of 40.85 seconds set in 2016 — to help the Jaguars place second out of 10 in the event.
