Labuschaigne recorded a pair of top-10 finishes in her collegiate debut at the UAB Vulcan Invite Friday, coming in fourth in the mile run while placing 10th in the 800 meters. Her time of 5:00.32 in the mile ranks third in the conference and placed her in sixth on the school’s all-time performer list in the event, while Labuschaigne also stands fifth in the league in the 800-meter run after her performance in Birmingham.
