Ammons led the Jaguars last week with 12.0 points per game while shooting 50.0 percent from the floor. He scored a team-best 15 points against Western Kentucky, going 7-for-11 from the field and making his only 3-point attempt. He tied his season high with three assists against the Hilltoppers and grabbed five rebounds. He almost recorded a double-double against Georgia State with nine points and eight rebounds, and he rejected three shots, which is tied for the most by a USA player this season.
