Lucas Viel won all three of his singles matches in straight sets and both doubles matches last weekend at the Southern Miss Invitational. Viel, a senior, defeated opponents from William Carey, Tulane and Lamar and did not lose more than four games in a set. In doubles action, Viel teamed with junior Romain Bocaert for wins of 8-2 and 8-6 against pairs from Lamar and William Carey, respectively.
