Emily McGee is entering her first year with South Alabama Athletics, where she serves as the primary communications contact for the women's soccer, women's basketball and women's tennis programs.
Before joining the Jags, McGee was a student at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). While at UAB, she interned with the athletic communications office for two years, leading communications efforts for women's golf in her final semester.
Outside of the classroom, McGee held leadership positions in several on-campus organizations, including the University Honors Program, Campus Outreach and her sorority, Sigma Kappa.
The Macon, Ga. native graduated Summa Cum Laude from UAB in May 2025.
