HIGH SCHOOL AND CLUB
- Lettered four seasons at Assumption High School in Louisville, Ky.
- Led Rockets to three state titles
- Assumption finished the 2025 season with a 40-4 overall record, and 11-0 in the region
- Ranked seventh nationally in the SI Top 25 Girls Volleyball National Rankings (Nov. 13)
- As a senior, 40 matches, 100 sets played, 36 aces and a 93.3 serving percentage, 239 digs and 5.98 digs per match
- Led AHS to a state KHSAA title as the Rockets defeated Notre Dame in five sets in the championship match, the program’s third-straight title
- As a junior, helped the Rockets recorded a state championship with a 35-8 record
- Played in 37 matches, recording 66 digs and 20 aces
- Assumption won state title in 2023 (36-5) 
- Advanced to the semifinals of the KHSAA state tournament where they finished 34-7
- Also lettered four seasons in tennis and swimming
- Played club ball for KiVA Adidas, where she began playing with the organization at the age of eight

PERSONAL
- Full name is Kathryn May O’Toole
- Born in Louisville, Ky.
- Daughter of Kevin and Angela O’Toole
- Youngest of five children in her family
- Has four older sisters, Allison, Kristen, MaryAnn and Madilyn
- Three of her sisters played collegiate volleyball: Kristen (Bellarmine 2017-21), MaryAnn (Xavier, 2019-23) and Madilyn (James Madison, 2021-24)
- MaryAnn is also the Director of Volleyball Operations at Tennessee
- Cousin, Elena Scott also played four years of volleyball at Louisville and professionally for the Indy Ignite of the Pro Volleyball Federation, who was a four-time all-ACC selection and three-time All-American for the Cardinals
- Three other cousins have played collegiate basketball as well
- Majoring in business administration
