Hannah Barrett joined the Jaguar staff in February 2021 after spending the previous year at Texas Tech as director of operations. Prior to her stint at TTU, Barrett spent two seasons at Gonzaga as a volunteer coach and director of operations while working toward her master’s degree in sport and athletic administration.
During her time in Spokane (Wash.), she assisted in coaching duties, statistical data analysis, coordinated travel arrangements and helped with administrative duties.
Prior to arriving at Gonzaga, Barrett played volleyball at California State University San Bernardino where she served as a team captain her senior season. She helped the Coyotes to three California Collegiate Athletic Association conference championships, a West Regional Championship and a DII Elite Eight appearance in 2017. Barrett was heavily involved as a student athlete, serving as Student-Athlete Advisory Committee President from 2017-19 after spending time as a treasurer and a student representative.
Barrett, a native of Highland, Calif., graduated from CSUSB with her bachelor’s degree in liberal studies with a minor in mathematics in 2019
