Indoor —  Earned a new personal best in the 400m at the South Alabama Invitational with a time of 57.05...Ran a dominant anchor leg in the 4x400m Relay at the South Alabama Invitational, clocking a time of 3:50.84 to claim the event win...

2023: Outdoor — Posted a time of 1:03.01 to take fifth in the 400m hurdles at the Sun Belt Outdoor Track Championships... First place in the 400m hurdles at the South Alabama Invitational with a time of 1:03.76... Second place in the 400m hurdles at the Maroon and White Invite with a time of 1:03.39... Indoor — Did not compete..

2022: Outdoor — Set a PR in the 400m hurdles (1:02.47) at the Sun Belt Championships … Placed second in the 4x400 relay (3:59.20) at the UAB Green and Gold Invite … set a PR in the javelin throw (27.79m) at the Tiger Track Classic 2022 … Placed first in the 400m hurdles at the South Alabama Invitational (1:05.56) and the Jaguar Opener (1:04.99). Indoor — Did not compete. 

2021: Outdoor— Set a personal record and placed third in the 400m hurdles (1:03.70) at the Jaguar Opener ... Finished third with the 4 x 400 (4:02.61) medley team at the USA Invitational. Indoor— Finished with the distance medley relay team in 12:02.09 for third place and set a PR in the 400m (58.30s) at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships ... Recorded a personal-best time of 42.00 seconds in the 300m at the UAB Blazer Invitational.
