2017: Indoor —  Placed third at the UAB Blazer Invitational in women's pol vault clearing 3.65m ... also placed third at the South Alabama Invitational clearing 3.65m ... Placed seventh at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships clearing 3.67m - a personal indoor record for the senior. 

2015-16: Outdoor — Recorded a 3.90m height —  a career best — coming in fourth at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championship...Cleared 3.80m at the South Alabama Invitational to place fourth in a tiebreaker based on total attempts,,,Finished top five after clearing 3.18m mark at the Jace LaCoste Invitational hosted by Mississippi State... Indoor — Recorded a top-10 finish in SBC Indoor Championship clearing 3.61m.

2014-15: Outdoor — Posted season-best 3.72m height to finish fourth in the pole vault at the Sun Belt Conference Championship ... Tied for first in the event at the Jaguar Challenge and for second at the Battle of I-65 ... Tied for fourth in the event at Georgia Tech's Yellow Jacket Invitational (3.60m) as well as the Jaguar Opener (3.66m) ... Was fifth at the South Alabama Invitational after clearing 3.65m ... Recorded top-10 finishes at two events hosted by Auburn, the War Eagle Invitational (3.70m) and Tiger Track Classic ... Indoor — Cleared 3.65m — her best mark of the year — to place fifth at the Samford Invitational ... Finished fourth with a 3.50m height at the BSC Panther Indoor Invitational.

2013-14: Outdoor — Won the pole vault at the Coach "O" Invitational after recording a career-high 3.74m mark ... Used a 3.68m mark to come in third at the Jaguar Opener ... Tied for fourth at the league championship with a height of 3.59m ... Placed sixth with a mark of 3.70m at the South Alabama Invitational ... Tied for fifth in the discipline at the Battle of I-65 and for sixth at the Tiger Classic ... Indoor — Best finish of the season in the pole vault was tied for ninth at the Sun Belt Championship ... Also among the top 10 at the Arkansas State Invitational.

High School: Lettered six years in outdoor track, five years in indoor track and four years in soccer…Holds individual school records in the 100m hurdles, 400m, 400m hurdles and pole vault and was a member of the record-holding 4x100-, 4x400- and 4x800m relay teams…Won the individual state championship in the 400m hurdles her junior year.

Personal: Daughter of Scott and Guila Armstrong…Has an older brother and a younger sister…Her cousin Conrad Adams played football at Illinois for two seasons and one season at Illinois State…Another cousin, Mary Adams, was on the swimming team at Richmond for four years…Favorite movie is Seven Pounds…Favorite athlete is Jenn Suhr.
