2021: Ran the 400m hurdles in 1:05.60, placing second and helped the 4 x 400 (4:02.61) medley team to a third-place finish at the USA Invitational ... Finished the 400m hurdles (1:03.39) in third place at the SLU Pre-Conference Tune Up. Placed fifth in the 400m hurdles (1:05.30) at the Southern Miss Invitational. Indoor— Ran with the 4 x 400 (4:02.45) medley team and placed 10th at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships. 
 
2020: Outdoor/Indoor— Did not compete.
 
2019: Outdoor— Finished fourth with the seventh-fastest 400m hurdles time in Jaguar program history, 1:02.67, and ran a career-best 14.35-second 100m hurdles time at the Southern Miss Open … Placed second in the South Alabama Invitational 100m hurdles (14.59 seconds) and 400m hurdles (1:03.20) … Took third in the 100m hurdles (14.77 seconds) and 400m hurdles (1:05.68) at Samford’s Alabama  Track Challenge … Earned top-five finishes in the Jaguar Opener triple jump (11.11m, a personal best), 100m hurdles (14.77 seconds) and 400m hurdles (1:05.31) … Helped USA’s relay teams to victories at the South Alabama Invitational (4 x 400m), Samford’s Alabama Track Challenge (4 x 100m) and a fifth-place, season-best performance of 3:54.27 in the War Eagle Invitational 4 x 400m. Indoor— Recorded individual season-best performances in the 60m hurdles (9.14 seconds) and triple jump (10.56m), and was part of the 4 x 400m relay team which ran a season-best 4:06.20 at the Jaguar Invitational …
Completed the Vanderbilt Invitational 400m in 1:01.70. 
 
2018: Outdoor— Won the University of Mobile Invitational 100m hurdles with a time of 15.16 seconds and 400m hurdles with a time of 1:05.60 … Claimed top-five finishes in four events at the Jaguar Opener: triple jump (second, 10.41m), 100m hurdles (fourth, 15.59 seconds), 400m hurdles (second, 1:04.98) and 4 x 100m relay (first, 47.00 seconds) … Completed the 400m hurdles in 1:04.48 to place fourth at the Jaguar Classic; helped the 4 x 400m relay team to a second-place, 3:59.94 finish at the same meet … Recorded a 10.18m triple jump mark to finish third at Samford’s Alabama Track Challenge. Indoor— Helped the 4 x 400m relay team complete the event in 4:06.53 for a fifth-place finish at the Samford Invitational; recorded a season-best 10.80m triple jump mark at the same meet … Ran her fastest 60m hurdles time of the year, 9.22 seconds, at the Jaguar
