2022: Outdoor — Placed second at the UAB Green and Gold Invite in the heptathlon with 4,773 points … Had the second best javelin throw at the Southern Miss Invitational (40.09m). Indoor — Reached 5.75m in the long jump, placing fourth at the USA Jaguar Invitational … Competed in two events at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships, marking 1.59m in the high jump and 5.79m in the long jump. 

2021: Outdoor— Set a personal record while earning second-team all-conference honors in the heptathlon (5,441), also took fifth place in the javelin throw (44.93m) at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championship ... Took second place in the long jump (5.74m) and fourth in the javelin throw (42.82m) at the SLU Pre-Conference Tune Up ... Won in the heptathlon with 5,411 points at the Crimson Tide Ivnitational ... Took first place in the javelin throw (44.21m) at the USA Invitational ... Finished fourth in the high jump with a 1.59m mark at the Jaguar Opener. Indoor— Took third-team honors with four top-five finishes in five pentathlon events: 60m hurdles (9.15s), high jump (1.63m), shot put (12.52m) and long jump (5.65m) at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships.
 
2020: Outdoor— Did not compete. Indoor— Earned third-team honors and earned top-five finishes in all five pentathlon events: 60m hurdles (9.08s), high jump (1.62m), long jump (5.64m), 800m (2:29.84), and won shot put (12.65m) to place third in the Sun Belt Championship pentathlon (3, 792 points) … Recorded a 5.51m distance in the long jump at the Sun Belt Championships … Finished sixth in the long jump (5.59m) and placed seventh in the shot put (12.54m) at the Samford Bulldog Invite … Claimed third in the long jump with a 5.59m distance at the Jaguar Invitational … At the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational, earned top-three finishes in three of the pentathlon events: shot put (12.31m), long jump (5.52m) and 60m hurdles (9.09s) to finish third in the pentathlon (3, 644 points) … Won the long jump (5.70m) and placed seventh in the shot put (12.08m) at the Samford January Invite.
 
2019: Outdoor— Qualified for the NCAA Division I East Region Preliminary Round javelin, where she recorded a 44.25m throw to finish 30th … At the Sun Belt Championships, earned second-team all-conference recognition and sixth place in the all-time Jaguar records with 5,100 heptathlon points (including wins in the shot put (13.39m) and javelin (44.48m) and personal-best performances in the high jump (1.56m), 200m (26.67 seconds) and 800m (2:33.58)); took second place in the individual javelin competition with a 46.05m effort and recorded the 10th-longest shot put mark in USA history (13.63m) to finish sixth overall at the same meet … Moved to second on the all-time Jaguar performance list with a first-place, 48.42m javelin throw and finished third in the long jump (5.40m) at the Southern Miss Invitational … Won the Jaguar Opener javelin throw with a 47.60m effort … Claimed first place in the javelin (43.74m) and fourth in the long jump (5.60, a season-best) at Samford’s Alabama Track Challenge. Indoor— Took third place in the LSU Bayou Bengal Invitational pentathlon, scoring 3,502 points with a 1.55m high jump and a career-long 12.31m shot put mark … Recorded a season-best 5.65m individual long jump at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships; also scored 3,394 pentathlon points and had her best 60m hurdles (9.39 seconds) and 800m (2:32.17) efforts of the year, while finishing fourth with an 11.51m shot put mark … Placed sixth in the Samford Bulldog Invite long jump (5.44m).
 
2018: Outdoor— Qualified for the NCAA Division I East Region Preliminary Round, where she had the fourth-longest javelin throw in Jaguar history (46.92m) … Won the javelin throw with a 46.61m mark and claimed first-team all-conference honors at the Sun Belt Conference Championships … Recorded javelin wins at the Southern Miss Open (42.30m), Jaguar Classic (43.78m) and Jaguar Opener (46.51m). Indoor— Earned third-team all-conference honors in the long jump (5.80m) and pentathlon (3,645 points) at Sun Belt Conference Championships; the pentathlon point total was the fifth-best in Jaguar history … Had top-five finishes in the pentathlon in the long jump (5.57m), shot put (11.50m), high jump (1.58m), and 800m (2:28.98) … Placed third in the long jump with a 5.59m mark at the Samford January Invitational.
