2024: Outdoor — Fifth place in the 3000m (10:43.91) and eighth place in the 800m (2:37.92) at the South Alabama Invitational...   Indoor — Seventh place in the mile (5:14.52) at the South Alabama Invitational... Ninth place in the distance medley relay at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships (12:22.44)... Four Top 15 finishes in the 800m and the mile...  XC —  Qualified for the NCAA South Cross Country Regionals and posted a time of 23:04.1...Fourth place in the 5k (19:55.9) at the Azalea City Classic... 

2023: Outdoor —  A member of the 4x400m relay team that secured ninth place (3:57.69) at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships... Opened the outdoor season with a third place finish in the 1500m (5:08.04) at the South Alabama Invitational..Strong outing at the Maroon and White Invite, posting a third place finish in the 800m (2:20.08) and a sixth place finish in the 1500m (4:52.65)... Fifth place in the 800m at the Samford Track Challenge (2:21.62)...Indoor — Season-best performance in the mile (5:06.95) to secure 12th place at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships... A member of the distance medley relay team that earned 11th place (12:38.67) at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships... 

2022: Outdoor — Posted new PRs in the 800m (2:20.07) and the 1500m (4:40.79) at the Crimson Tide Invitational … Took first place in the 3000m (10:20.86) at the South Alabama Invitational … Placed seventh (2:22.52) in the 800m and tenth (4:51.73) in the 1500m at the UAB Green and Gold Invite. Indoor — Season high 2:21.52 in the 800m at the USA Jaguar Invitational … Finished sixth at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships in the mile (5:01.37) … Helped distance medley relay to eighth place finish at the conference championships (12:32.13).

2021:  Outdoor— Notched a new personal best in the 1500m at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 4:52.43 in her 18th place finish … Set a PR at the Crimson Tide Invitational in the 800m with a 2:21.46 time … Finished in fifth place in the 1500m (5:01.36) and sixth in the 800m (2:25.18) at the Jaguar Opener … Recorded an eighth-place finish in the 1500m with a time of 4:52.76 at the USA Invitational … Took sixth place in the 4x400 relay (4:04.87) and seventh in the 800m (2:22.37) at the Southern Miss Invitational. Indoor— Helped the distance medley relay team finish in 12:02.09 and take third place at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships … Ran the mile in 5:34.65 and finished 10th at the UAB Blazer Invitational. XC— Finished 11th in the 5K, crossing the finish line in 21:27.6 at the Azalea City Classic XC Collegiate ... Competed in five meets during the season.
 
2020: Outdoor— Did not compete. Indoor— Helped the Jags place third in the distance medley race with a time of 12:09.63 at the Sun Belt Championships … Ran a personal best in the mile with a time of 5:14.09 at the Samford Bulldog Invite … Recorded a personal best in the 800m (2:26.83) at the Jaguar Invitational … Helped the 4 x 400 relay team cross the line at 4:10.87 at the Samford January Invite. XC— Competed in all four races during the fall … Placed 18th at the Azalea City Classic with a time of 20:21 … Ran a season-best 5k time of 19:51 the following week at the FSU Invitational.
 
2019: XC— Competed in five races as a freshman … Finished inside the top 30 on three occasions … Registered a seventh-place finish in her first collegiate race at the Azalea City Classic … Best 6K time came in her second race as she crossed the line with a time of 19:02 and placed 20th at the 5th Annual Wingfoot Classic.
 
High School: Lettered six years in track and field and cross country at Huntsville High School in Huntsville, Ala. … Upon graduating was the program the record holder in the 800m, 1600m, 3200m, 5000m and as part of the 4 x 800m relay team … Was a 2016 Alabama state cross country champion, and was a member of the 2017 outdoor Alabama state champion 4 x 800m relay team.
