2007-08: Competed in nine tournaments and finished with a 78.78 stroke average...best finish was a sixth place spot at the Larry Nelson Intercollegiate (+11)...low round of the year was a two-over par 74 at the Samford Intercollegiate where she finished 17th.

2006-07: Opened up fall action with three top-10 finishes...best mark was a fifth place finish at the Lady Colonel Collegiate with a six-over par 150...finished year with a 78.44 stroke average and best round was a 72 at the Wachovia Great Smokies Intercollegiae.

2005-06: Participated in fall action with the Lady Jaguars...finished fall season with a 75 stroke average...T-7th in first collegiate start at the Wachovia Great Smokies Intercollegiate (Oct. 1-2)...shot a low round of 70 and total of 123 at the Wachovia Intercollegiate...in second career tournament, Chris Banister Gamecock Classic (Oct. 9-11), tied for 10th with a low round of 75.

High School: Lettered in golf four years for the Bengals...City Champion 2005...State AA Champion 2003 and 2004...All-State 4 years...Academic All-State 4 years...runner-up in Montana State Amatuer...currretnly holds State Championship record.

Personal: Darah Lin Newell...born 4/10/87 in Helena, Mont...has one older sister who played golf at New Mexico State 4 years...biggest highlight was winning back-to-back State Championships.
