Jaylon Rory enters second season as graduate assistant coach for the 2018-19 season and his sixth season with the program.
Prior to being named graduate assistant coach, Rory spent the previous four seasons as a student manager with the program. As a student-manger, Rory handled many responsibilities
film exchange, helping in practice and individual workouts, maintenance and upkeep of facilities, daily laundry responsibilities, and assisting in recruiting mail outs.
As a student at South Alabama, he graduated with a 3.44 GPA in education was on Dean’s List three times, President’s List once and is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society for education majors.
