AT SCOTTLANDVILLE MAGNET HIGH SCHOOL
A four-year letterwinner for the Hornets ... After averaging 15.3 points and 1.4 blocks per game her senior year was selected second-team all-district ... Finished with 16 points, 14 rebounds and four blocks in the team's state quarterfinal game ... As a junior recorded averages of 8.8 points, 8.2 rebounds and 2.9 blocks per game as the Hornets qualified for the state Division 1 tournament while going 19-12 overall ... Also helped the school advance to the semifinals of the state tournament when she was a sophomore after posting a 14-point win over the No. 3 seed ... Competed on the Hornets' track/cross country teams as well ... Had additional scholarship offers from Middle Tennessee, Tulane, George Mason, Little Rock and Louisiana.
