SOPHOMORE SEASON (2016-17)
Played in 14 games … Averaged 5.4 minutes per game and had nine points and 11 rebounds on the season … Also had four assists and three steals … Collected two rebounds in eight minutes of action vs. No. 20/24 Florida (11/11) … Pulled down four rebounds and scored four points in the win against William Carey (12/15) … Had two points and a rebound against NC State (12/19) … Made her only three-attempt and had a steal in a win at Georgia State (1/7) … Dished out two assists in the win at Louisiana-Monroe (2/11).
FRESHMAN SEASON (2015-16)
Saw time in 12 games as a true freshman for the Jaguars … Averaged 7.3 minutes per game and scored 11 points and 10 rebounds during the season … Also had six assists and four blocks … Made collegiate debut with two minutes of action vs. Central Florida (11/24) … In her first significant time, scored five points, had two rebounds and two assists in 18 minutes of action at Alabama State (12/3) as South Alabama played with just eight healthy players against the Hornets … Scored three points on a three-pointer versus William Carey (12/15). Also tied a career high with three rebounds in that outing … Had three points off the bench at Louisiana-Lafayette (1/21) in 11 minutes of action.
AT SHADES VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL
Lettered four seasons at Shades Valley High School in Irondale, Ala., for head coach Tonya Hunter … Member of four area title teams for the Mounties … Led the team to three straight quarterfinal appearances in the Alabama High School Athletic Association tournament, including the 2014 6A state title … Was a consistent player over the course of her four-year career at SVHS as she averaged 11.2 ppg and 3.8 apg during that time … Averaged 11.4 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 2.1 steals per game as a senior for Shades Valley … During her junior season, she averaged 10.8 ppg, 4.2 rpg, 3.3 apg and 2.1 spg … Ranked second on the team in all four statistical categories and averaged 29 minutes per contest … The Mounties finished with a 31-4 record that season and the state championship was the first for any girls’ program at Shades Valley … Biggest memory of prep career came during the state championship game versus Sparkman when she hit back-to-back three-pointers to change the momentum … Named to the AHSAA 6A all-tournament team … Earned honorable mention 6A all-state honors and was named second team all-metro during her junior season … Selected to compete for the North team at the 2014 North-South Girls Basketball All-Star game for the 18th annual Alabama All-Star Sports Week competition, but didn’t play due to injury … SVHS also finished with a 31-2 mark during her sophomore season … Played three years at the AAU level for Alabama Southern Starz based in Huntsville, Ala. … Received interest out of high school from Western Kentucky, Tennessee Tech, Georgia State, Appalachian State and Southern Mississippi … Suffered a pair of knee injuries during her prep career.
