2020: Outdoor – Did not compete … Indoor – Finished fourth in the mile (4:15.81) at the Sun Belt Championship … Placed fifth in the 800m (1:57.17) placed sixth in the mile (4:19.00) at the Jaguar Invitational … Crossed the line at 4:13.90 in the mile and finished fifth in the 3000m (8:35.16) at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational.

2019: Outdoor— Ran a career-best 3:51.54 to win the Jaguar Opener 1,500m and placed fifth in the 3,000m with a season-best 8:58.45 time at the same meet … Took the runner-up spot in the 1,500m invite (3:54.46) and ran his fastest 800m time of the year, 1:55.91, at the War Eagle Invitational … Earned second place in the South Alabama Invitational 800m (2:00.79). Indoor— Finished sixth in the 3,000m (8:29.48) and seventh in the mile (4:19.43) at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships … Crossed the Jaguar Invitational line in 4:15.29 and 8:39.09 to earn fifth place in the mile and the 3,000m runs, respectively. XC— Earned second-team all-Sun Belt accolades for the second-straight season as he placed ninth at the league championship event with a time of 24:49 in the 8K … Recorded five top 15 finishes, including four in the top 10 during the fall … Placed second in each of his first three meets; at the Azalea City Classic (5K), 5th Annual Wingfoot Classic (8K) and 14th Annual Foothills Classic (8K) … Ran a career-best 8K time of 24:32 at the Blazer Classic where he placed 14th.
 
2018: Outdoor— Finished fourth in the Sun Belt Conference Championships 1,500m run with a time of 3:58.18 … Won the Southern Miss Open 1,500m with a 3:55.51 mark … Finished second in the 1,500m (3:58.35) and third in the 3,000m (8:57.88) at the South Alabama Invitational. Indoor— Claimed third-team all-conference honors in the mile run (4:11.42) and 3,000m (8:22.08) at the Sun Belt Conference Championships …  Took the runner-up position in the mile at the Jaguar Invitational (4:11.80) and the Samford January Invitational (4:12.26) … Helped the Jaguar 4,000m distance medley team to a fifth-place, 10:25.89 finish at the Commodore Invitational. XC— Earned second-team all-Sun Belt honors with a sixth-place finish at the league championship … Was the top-finishing Jaguar in the 8k at the 30th Annual Chile Pepper Festival (26:01), UAB Classic (25:37) and Sun Belt Conference Championship (25:06) … Placed third in the Azalea City Classic 8k, crossing the line in 26:55.
 
2017: Outdoor— Placed 17th in the 1,500m at the Sun Belt Conference Championships (4:05.50) … Placed 10th in the 1,500m at the War Eagle Invitational, crossing the line in 4:06.04 … Ran a personal-best 3.54:64 in the 1,500m at the Florida Relays … Placed second in the Jaguar Classic 800m run with a personal-best time of 1:53.45. Indoor— Helped South Alabama win the Sun Belt Conference Championships 4,000m distance medley (10:01.07) and placed 17th in the 1,500m (4:05.50) … Placed third in the mile (4:13.31) and sixth in the 800m (1:55.90) at the South Alabama Invitational … Finished ninth in the Vanderbilt Invitational 3,000m run (8:28.42). XC— Completed the NCAA Division I South Region Championships 10k in 32:56 … Finished 12th in the Sun Belt Conference Championships 8k with a time of 25:38 … Ran the Crimson Classic 8k in 25:25 … Earned eighth-place finishes in the Louisville Classic 8k with a time of 25:13 and the Azalea City Classic 6k with a time of 18:51.
 
High School: Lettered four years with Hoërskool Kempton Park's track and field and cross country teams ...
