2020: Outdoor – Did not compete … Indoor – Crossed the line at 14:59.68 in the 5000m at the Sun Belt Championships … Recorded a personal-best in the 3000m (8:39.98) at the Samford Bulldog Invite … Posted a personal-best in the 5000m with a distance of 14:50.98 at the Jaguar Invitational.

2019: Outdoor— Took the runner-up spot in the Jaguar Opener 3,000m with a personal-best time of 8:49.13 and finished third in the event at the South Alabama Invitational (8:50.08) … Placed sixth in Auburn’s Tiger Track Classic 5,000m (15:19.86) … Earned a pair of top-10 finishes at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships in the 5,000m (ninth, 15:01.29) and 10,000m (eighth, 31:26.91). Indoor— Ran a season-best 8:42.35 to place ninth in the Jaguar Invitational 3,000m … Finished 12th in the Sun Belt Indoor Championships 3,000m (8:45.52) and was part of the distance medley relay team which recorded its best time of the year—10:21.72—at the same meet. XC— Earned third-team all-Sun Belt honors finishing 11th at the league championship meet … Placed inside the top 20 in five of his six races throughout the fall … Crossed the line third with a time of 15:54 in the season-opener at Azalea City Classic … Also finished third at the 14th Annual Foothills Invitational and fifth at the 5th Annual Wingfoot Classic … Posted best 8K time (24:43) at the Blazer Classic.

2018: XC— Won the Challenge of Champions 5k in 15:57 … Led the Jaguars to a team victory at the Azalea City Classic with a second-place, 26:49 finish in the 8k … Ran a personal-best 8k time of 26:37 at the Sun Belt Cross Country Championship.
