2022: Outdoor — Set a new personal record at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships and placed seventh in the 10,000m (31:50.81) … Set a personal best in the 1500m (4:02.80) at the 2022 Mississippi State Maroon and White Invitational … placed first and set a new PR in the 5000m with a time of 14:59.84 at the Crimson Tide Invitational … Finished third at the South Alabama Invitational in the 3000m (8:44.94). Indoor — Recorded a ninth-place finish in the 5000m (15:05.04) at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships … finished seventh at the UAB Blazer Invitational in the 3000m (8:47.15).

2021: Outdoor— Set a PR in the 10,000m with a time of 32:05.49 and taking a 10th place finish at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships … Established a PR in his 12th place finish at the Southern Miss Invitational and crossed the finish line at 4:09.40 … Recorded a 10th place finish in the 1500m at the SLU Pre-Conference Tune Up after running the race in 4:11.33. Indoor— Recorded a PR in the 3000m (8:40.04) and finished third at the Jaguar Invitational … Took fifth in the 3000m at the UAB Blazer Invitational recording a time of 8:44.30.

2020: Outdoor— Did not compete. Indoor— Recorded a personal-best in the mile (4:26.52) at the Jaguar Invitational … Placed fourth in the 5000m (15:13.03) at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational … Crossed the line at 8:52.31 in the 3000m at the Samford January Invite. XC—  Earned third-team all-SBC honors while helping the Jaguar men capture the program’s ninth Sun Belt Conference title and first since 2014 … Recorded a personal best in the 5k race (15:43.4) at the Azalea City Classic while finishing fourth … Placed eighth in the 8k race at the Florida State Invitational with a time of 25:49.6 … Finished 11th at the SBC Championships crossing the line with a time of 25:22, a season-best time in the 8k.

2019: Outdoor— Earned top-10 finishes in the Jaguar Opener 3,000m (ninth, 9:10.09) and South Alabama Invitational 1,500m (sixth, 4:13.01) … Crossed the 5,000m line in 15:59.66 at Auburn’s Tiger Track Classic. Indoor— Ran the 5,000m in a personal-best 15:46.03 at the Vanderbilt Invitational … Completed the Jaguar Invitational 3,000m in a career-best 8:56.65. XC— Competed in all six events during the fall … Finished inside the top 10 in each of the first three meets of the season … Placed fourth in the 5K at the Azaela City Classic to open the season with a time of 16:10, just four seconds off his personal best … Placed 10th in the 8K with a time of 25:42 at the 5th Annual Wingfoot Classic … Finished fourth at the 14th Annual Foothills Invitational … Recorded best time of the fall in the 8K at the Blazer Classic where he ran a personal-best 25:18.

2018: Outdoor— Redshirted his first year with the program ... Competed unattached in three meets … Won the Jaguar Opener 3,000m in 8:57.36 … Finished fifth in the 3,000m at the Jaguar Classic, crossing the line in 9:05.69 … Claimed the runner-up spot in the Southern Miss Open 3,000m with a time of 9:09.69. Indoor— Ran the mile in 4:26.75 at the Samford January Invitational … Covered the 3,000m in 9:03.13 at the Jaguar Invitational. XC— Took the runner-up spot in the Challenge of Champions 5k (16:04) and placed sixth in the Azalea City Classic 8k (27:16) … Crossed the line in a personal-best 26:07 in the UAB Blazer Classic 8k.

2017: XC— Finished 13th in the Azalea City Classic 6k with a time of 19:11 … Completed the 8k in 26:41 at the Louisville Classic and 26:43 at the Crimson Classic.

High School: Lettered in cross country and track and field for four years at Auburn High School in Auburn, Ala. … Was a member of the 2015 and 2016 indoor and the 2016 outdoor state track champion teams … Finished in the top five at the AHSAA cross country state championships to help capture the 2016 state title.
