2018: Outdoor— Finished third in the South Alabama Invitational 400m hurdles with a time of 54.26 seconds … Placed third in the 800m with a time of 1:54.62 and fourth as part of the 4 x 400m relay team with a time of 3:27.24 at the Jaguar Classic. Indoor— Helped the 4 x 400m relay team to a third-place, 3:24.63 finish at the Samford Invite; finished fourth in the 800m with a time of 1:55.21 at the same meet … Was part of the 4 x 400m relay team which completed the race in 3:20.70 to place fourth at the Commodore Invitational.

2017: Outdoor— Was part of the 4 x 400m relay teams which won the Southern Miss Open with a time of 3:18.39 and finished fourth at the Tiger Track Classic with a time of 3:16.65 … Took fourth place in the 400m hurdles with a 53.86-second finish and helped the 4 x 400m relay team to a second-place, 3:16.02 finish at Samford’s Alabama Track Challenge … Finished first as part of the 4 x 400m relay team (3:17.14) and second in the 400m hurdles (54.07 seconds) at the Jaguar Classic … Won the Jaguar Opener 400m hurdles race in 54.47 seconds and helped the 1,600m sprint medley team to a second-place, 3:32.68 finish at the same meet. Indoor— Earned first-team all-conference honors with a 10:01.07 4,000m distance medley finish at the Sun Belt Conference Championships … Finished fourth at the Samford Friday Invite as part of the 4 x 400m relay team which completed the race in 3:19.74. 

2016: Outdoor— Received all-conference recognition with a third-place, 53.30-second 400m hurdles effort at the Sun Belt Conference Championships; helped the 4 x 400m relay team to a fourth-place, 3:16.41 finish at the same meet … Won the South Alabama Invitational 400m hurdles race with a time of 53.57 seconds … Placed third in the Louisiana Classic 4 x 400m relay with a time of 3:16.87. Indoor— Ran the KMS Invitational 200m dash in 22.69 seconds … Crossed the 400m dash line in 50.35 seconds at the Samford Invitational.

High School:  Attended Randburg High and competed for the Hoerskool Randburg Atletiek Klub for five years.
