Biography
High School: Fort lettered in track and field for four years… he was the captain of the boys javelin team (2014)… his PR in the javelin is 194’02” and 152’07” in the discus… he was the winner in the AHSAA 6A Section 3 Championship in the javelin and the discus… he was the champion in the javelin AHSAA 6A State Championship and the runner up in the discus… Fort also won the 2013 coaches award… Hoover was also the 6A state champion in 2011, 2012, and 2014… Fort also competed with the Hoover Parks and Recration/Alabama Heat club and was the silver medalist for the javelin and discus in the Alabama State Games… he was also the 2013 silver medalist in the javelin for the USSSA Jr. Olympics Regional meet held in Mississippi.
Personal: Son of Scott and Kim Fort… second sibling to Sara and Thomas… favorite movie is Divergent… favorite sports team is the New Orleans Saints… favorite athletes are Clint Dempsey and Mark Ingram… favorite music artist is Green Day… Fort also enjoys playing golf.
