2020: Outdoor – Helped the Jaguar 4 x 100 relay team (41.77s) earn a victory at the Jaguar Opener. Indoor – Ran a personal-best in the 60m (7.01s) and was part of the 4 x 400 relay team to a fourth-place of 3:22.82 at the Samford Bulldog Invite …  Posted a personal-best in the 200m (22.52s) at the Jaguar Invitational … Finished third in the 4 x 400 relay with a time of 3:18.73 at the Samford January Invite.

2019: Outdoor— Earned third-team all-Sun Belt recognition as part of the Jaguar 4 x 400m team which crossed the line in a season-best 3:13.19 at the conference championships; ran a career-record 52.98-second time to finish sixth in the 400m hurdles and helped the 4 x 100m team to its best time of the year, 41.25 seconds, at the same meet … Took first place in the 400m hurdles (54.60 seconds), 4 x 100m relay (41.42 seconds) and 4 x 400m relay (3:18.16) and fifth in the 100m (11.15 seconds) at the South Alabama Invitational … Picked up victories in the Jaguar Opener 400m hurdles (55.30 seconds) and 4 x 400m relay (3:18.72) and a second-place finish in the 4 x 100m relay (41.30 seconds) … Helped the 4 x 100m relay teams to a win at Samford’s Alabama Track Challenge (41.40 seconds) and the runner-up spot at the Southern Miss Open (41.27 seconds); placed third in the 400m hurdles at both meets (55.58 seconds and 53.99 seconds, respectively). Indoor— Ran the 60m in 7.11 seconds and the 400m in 50.75 seconds, both season-best times, at Samford’s Bulldog Invite … Completed the 60m in 7.11 seconds at the Jaguar Invitational … Claimed second-team all-conference honors as part of the 4 x 400m relay team which crossed the line in 3:18.17 at the Sun Belt Championships.
 
2018: Outdoor— Finished fifth in the Southern Miss Open 400m hurdles with a time of 55.88 seconds … Picked up two top-five finishes at the South Alabama Invitational with a 55.37-second 400m hurdles effort and a 41.93-second 4 x 100m relay finish … Won the University of Mobile Invitational 400m hurdles in 54.60 seconds and took fourth place in the 100m dash with an 11.27-second finish … Recorded a third-place 400m hurdles finish (55.42 seconds) and was part of the 4 x 100m relay (41.15 seconds ) and 4 x 400m relay (3:28.33) teams which placed second and fourth, respectively, at Samford’s Alabama Track Challenge … Helped the 4 x 400m relay team to a fourth-place finish of 3:27.24 at the Jaguar Classic … Ran the 100m dash in 11.22 seconds to place third at the Jaguar Opener; helped the 1,600m sprint medley team to a 3:44.77 win at the same meet. Indoor— Earned first-team all-conference honors after the 4,000m distance medley team won the race in 10:02.18 at the Sun Belt Conference Championships … Finished third in the 4 x 400m relay with a time of 3:24.63 at the Samford Invite … Took fifth place in the Samford January Invitational 400m dash after finishing the race in 50.85 seconds … Helped the Jaguars to fourth- and fifth-place finishes, respectively, in the Commodore Invitational 4 x 400m relay (3:20.70) and 4,000m distance medley (10:25.89). 
 
2017: Outdoor— Was part of the 4 x 400m relay team which won the Southern Miss Open (3:18.39) and Jaguar Classic (3:17.14) … Took fourth place in the 4 x 400m relay with a 3:16.65 finish at the Tiger Track Classic. Indoor— Had season-best performances of 49.89 seconds in the 400m dash and 3:19.74 in the 4 x 400m relay at the Samford Friday Invite.
 
High School: Lettered in track for four years and football for two years ... Helped the West Florida Jaguars to a track regional championship in 2014 ... Holds records in 4 x 100m and 4 x 800m ... High school stats include running the 200m at 22.7 seconds and the 400m in 50.4 seconds ... Accumulated 770 all-purpose yards with nine touchdowns his senior year.
